CAUTION: In your Tropical vacation in Guadeloupe island "Villa Guadeloupe" a deposit is required on Arrival. For non French Guests the passport is kept as a guarantee and returned the day of departure after an inventory.
The villa must be returned in the same condition as received otherwise provide a supplementary budget for rehabilitation.
NIGHT TAX: As part of a rental in Guadeloupe island a municipal tax of stay / adult / night is required and must be paid on arrival.


Sale of residence: The balance of your rental package must be paid in cash on the day of your arrival in Guadeloupe for your tropical vacation.

SHORT STAY:  For a Tropical Vacation in Villa Guadeloupe of less than 10 nights a settlement in cash or certified check is required.

Current situation: You are asked to restore the villa in the same condition as received. To extend your holiday to the end we offer a package of rehabilitation of 80 euros.

Duration of your Tropical vacation in Guadeloupe: The lease is effective the day of arrival from 4pm and ends on the day of departure between 10 and 12am. You will be asked to release the house between 10 and 11am on Saturday as it is in general occupied again the same evening. But do not worry about the time of your flight, we can store your luggage in the basement of the villa and the pool area which includes a shower etc. ... is totally at your disposal. This allows you to enjoy the last hours of sun, refine tanning connections take a last dip in the Caribbean sea and rinse yourself before putting clothes on for the flight back home!
