The main house villa rental means the comfort of a creole style house. The roomy villa was made to be split in two parts and ensure a complete independance.

The main house is able to accomodate 7 persons include:

• 2 air-conditioned double bed rooms with ceiling fans, dressing, bathroom and WC privatives
• 1 mezzanine wich can accomodate 3 persons ( 1 double bed and 1 simple bad )
• living room with TV and stereo
• Terrace with dining table, living room, hammocks
• Fully equiped kitchen
• storeroom with washing machine

In fact, everything will be done to ensure your good being and tranquility, all that without forgetting privacy. Indeed, from the backyard, where we live, we will take care of the good course of your stay.
-We will take care of the swimming pool and the garden maintenance,
-Services such as: table d'hotes, baby sitting, the reservation of your tours, the sending of your fax, emails etc... can be assured at additional charge.
- The key of the house is given to you upon your arrival; the room keys are under your responsibility. The villa will have to be returned in the same state as upon your arrival, if not you might be charged for all damages wich you may be responsible for.
-The rental price includes towels and mat that must not be removed from the house.The change of the linen once a week.

AIR CONDITIONING: for the air conditioned bed rooms, the price of the rental include the night use. ***The daytime using will be invoiced

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
25 % at the reservation
A 1300 euros ($1 641) Deposit will be asked at the handing-over of the keys.
The total renatl charge should be completely paid at the arrival.
For the stays of less than 10 days a cash or check payment will be required upon you arrival.
