• 2 double rooms/communicating/tropicalised - air-conditioned and equipped with fans- Bath-room - WC - refrigerator + small kitchen
• Living room with TV and Sound system
• Terraces with table of host - living rooms - hammocks
• Fully equipped Kitchen
• Storeroom with washing machine

From the back of the yard we look after every house duty, so you do not have wory about any home duty to help you to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
Your standard package:
- The change of the linen once a week.
- You can accommodate and welcome your friends within the limit of the capacity of lodging (12 pers maximum)
- Our services such as the table d'hotes, the baby sitting, the reservation of your excursions, sending of your faxes and post mails etc... Can be ensured and will cahrged on top of your invoice.
- In order to respect your intimacy we can prepare you meals according to your needs.
- We look after the maintenance of the swimming pool and the maintenance of the garden.
- The key of the house is given to you upon your arrival; the room keys are under your responsibility. The villa will have to be returned in the same state as upon your arrival, if not you might be charged for all damages wich you may be responsible for.

AIR CONDITIONING: for the air conditioned bed rooms, the price of the hiring include the night use. ***The daytime using will be invoiced.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
25 % at the reservation
A 1525 euros ($1 925) Deposit will be asked at the handing-over of the keys.
The total renatl charge should be completely paid at the arrival.
For the stays of less than 10 days a cash or check payment will be required upon you arrival.
