Some precise details on our operating mode....
Your package includes:

• change of the bed sheets every week
• The bath sheets can not leave the residence
• You can use the washing machine for 8 euro each wash including the products.
• A kitchen stays at your disposal and we also offer you, our "host table" where we will share together to order Creole food, a tasty idea to prolong your discovery of the country.
• We remind you that the using of the swimming pool in not supervised and is reserved for residence guests only.
• The key of the house is given to you upon your arrival; the room keys are under your responsibility. The villa will have to be returned in the same state as upon your arrival, if not you might be charged for all damages wich you may be responsible for.

IMPORANT : for the good use of the appliances, we ask you to switch off the ceiling fans while leaving the rooms!

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
25 % at the reservation
A 540 euros ($682) Deposit will be asked at the handing-over of the keys.
The total renatl charge should be completely paid at the arrival.
For the stays of less than 10 days a cash or check payment will be required upon you arrival.
